Join Platinum ABA as a BCBA committed to ethical, family-centered care and clinical excellence. You'll:

- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
- Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
- Collaborate with families, schools, and care managers
- Influence systems and best practices as we expand

BCBA – Lead the Clinical Path

Our Behavior Technicians and RBTs work directly with children and families to implement treatment plans.

As a BT/RBT with Platinum ABA, you will:
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA sessions using BCBA-designed programs
- Record data and report progress to your supervisor
- Receive guidance, training, and regular support

RBT certification is preferred, but candidates with experience working with children and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
